We at AutoBuffs just finished a Full re-paint on a 1970 stingray for Corvette Forum member (Bradc6) who lives in Florida. The car was shipped to us with the hopes of restoring the original “Bridgehampton Blue” color. The car was completely sanded down and repairs were made to the body as there were several stress cracks and other minor problems that had to be corrected. The car turned out fantastic and was shipped back to Florida last week… Brad received it today. Enjoy the Pics of the finished product

We at AutoBuffs just finished up a Custom Patriotic Hoodliner for (Corvette Forum Member) Carter Davis.

The entire hoodliner was hand brushed by our airbrush artist on a OEM C5 Corvette hoodliner. The cross and crown in the upper lefthand corner is a “ Knight Templar logo”

We had the pleasure of working on Barry’s (BT-01-vette) awesome ride and paint his lower rear valance “Hot Rod – Satin Black”.

Its always great working on such a great car and adding to its already awesome look and Barry is always a pleasure to deal with.
We all think it came out great and really adds to sinister look.

Our good friend John C Bourg has made his mark in the corvette community! His awesome yellow monster fitted with IForged Classics (20 x 12.5……… 5.5 inch lip with a 345/25/20 Tire) in the rear makes this project over the top. The AutoBuffs Mini is one of the AutoBuffs Shop car and is at many events during the show season. The car is completely modded out by AutoBuffs from top to bottom and as you can see there is nothing left untouched. If you see this vehicle at any show, chances are the AutoBuffs crew isnt far behind.

A Corvette Forum member called and asked if I could extend his (under hood) theme onto a 1 piece Carbon Fiber motor cover. My answer was (Sure we can my friend.) When we received the cover there was a small problem, the LS2 logo was under the Clear which meant we had to sand this puppy down and get the logo off before we started the airbrush work. This took several days as well as several days of prep and airbrush work but the end result was nothing but spectacular and Bruce was very pleased when he received it. Have a look at the before and after shots and lend your thoughts.

Wayne Clarke is an active corvette enthusiast owning a 1968 Corvette roadster and a 2004 Corvette Z06/Z16 but his love for automobiles doesnt stop there. A call came in to the AutoBuffs shop and Wayne stated that he was getting a custom heat extraction hood for his Dodge Ram pickup and he wanted it fit and painted. The hood arrived and after a few phone calls Wayne decided he would let us work our magic with this new hood. He also wanted something cool done with his taillights “maybe in a blue transparent paint” After weeks of work may I present Waynes monster Dodge ram. This thing came out looking sick and he will be the envy of the great state of Maryland.

We at AutoBuffs have done many things over the years for Tracey. Her decision to sell her 2008 z51 silver coupe which was the Beta Car for stripe design by GM in 2009 was a shock to us all but when we heard she was getting a 2010 Corvette Grand Sport we we’re  thrilled and we wanted to come up with something Awesome that would make this machine stand out from the rest. The call came in from Tracey and we moved forward with a few Idea’s but were stumped on how to incorporate the Grand Sport stripes into the design.  

Tracey and myself kicked around a few ideas and my Airbrush artist came up with 2 designs based on Traceys ideas and I knew she would love them both but could only pick one. After weeks of work and a litter of email trails may I unveil the AutoBuffs Custom GrandSport Fuel Rail Covers. Thanks for being so patient Tracey as I know the wait was killing you but in the end I think it was worth it.

Neil who has claimed the name “Shagster” on the www.corvetteforum.com as well as many other forums on the intrawebs has made his mark in the C5 corvette community with his custom glass work and skilled audio creations. Neil started playing with car audio at 15 yrs old
and 20 years later…He’s still playing with car audio.(Professionally) and is now adding custom glass work to his portfolio. His custom glass pieces will be offered through AutoBuffs in the near future and we can expect these pieces will take off and launch Neil into the C6 world with his sick ideas and quality products. Stay tuned for the news and release of these items .

Jan(JPM Copilot), Lynn(Roadrage) and myself have combined forces and purchased the business with many goals in mind. We have kept the original staff of airbrush artists and have added a painter that restores the 100k pebble beach cars so this will certainly kick up the former AutoBuffs style and move us forward in a big way.

We have added several other services and will highlight our current ones in the next month or so. There will also be a shopping cart added to the new re-designed Website which is live but will take some time to complete and will offer new and exciting products that will make online purchasing a snap.
